THE APARTMENTS
There will be two small-scale residential buildings in Ridderhof, each with 22 beautiful apartments for the private sector rental.
These apartments are 67 m² to 81 m² in size and vary in layout.
Each apartment will have its own outdoor space and is equipped with a complete kitchen with built-in appliances and a bathroom with, among other things, a wide sink and a walk-in shower. The walls will be painted white, and you will not have to worry about energy consumption, safety and maintenance.
These barrier-free apartments are energy efficient with a provisional Energy Label A++.

Indication for delivery of the apartments is summer 2024.
The minimum rental period is 1 year.

PARKING/STORAGE ROOMS
Parking is located around the residential buildings, and the apartments will have individual storage rooms. There will also be a communal bicycle shed, including parking space for mobility scooters.

AREA
In Ridderhof you live centrally in Wassenaar and you can enjoy everything Wassenaar has to offer every day. The historic center for daily shopping or a delicious cup of coffee. In addition to performances, 'Warenar Theater' also regularly hosts art lectures and jazz afternoons.
