THE APARTMENTS

The 75 apartments of ZUIDKADE are on sale, with only a few building numbers still available. There are no less than 21 housing types in the entire plan. The type names are based on the fact that one part of the building was designed by LEVS Architects and the other part of the building was designed by ZECC Architects. So the housing type names refer to the building part and the average amount of living area of that housing type.
