All sales documents will be online on November 18 at 3 p.m. and from then on you can register online on the project website for a home in Linck. You can specify max. 6 preferences and no, you don't have to do all that on November 18th. Registration lasts until Tuesday, November 30, 3 PM, so you have until then to register. We will also schedule a time when you can ask the team your questions. To be continued!

Linck will be located in the Binck in one of the coolest spots in the Binckhorst on the Fokkerhaven: 77 lofts, apartments and maisonettes. Just an apartment building? Nope! Linck will be more than just living. There is space on the ground floor for catering and workplaces for small entrepreneurs.

De Binckhorst, the place in The Hague that is in full swing and will remain so for some time to come. Tough, industrial and
with a frayed edge. You don't live in the most polished part of the city and that's what makes it great! A part of The Hague that is not average, but where it certainly already lives.

There are many different housing types, but they do have one thing in common. All of them have windows that face outwards, towards the city. In our profession we often speak of `eyes on the street', contact with what is happening outside. That has worked very well here. But there is also something special in Linck. You can, as it were, speak of an `eyes on the atrium'. You will also find a number of facades that look inwards, into the atrium.

PARKING
In the Trekvliet zone, parking is done at central locations, in order to use the space in the area as efficiently as possible and to keep the streets free of parked cars. Linck therefore does not have its own parking garage, but is directly adjacent to BinckPark. Residents of Linck can not only park here, but they also have access to the large roof park on top of the garage. As a resident of Linck you can take out a parking subscription (1 car max) at a favorable rate. A subscription means that there are no permanent places for rent in the garage, but that the right to park in the garage is rented out. And good to know: as a resident of Linck you don't have to walk outside to your home, because you can cross directly from the parking garage to Linck and from there you can walk home.
