De Plesman Residences are brand new serviced apartments, ideally situated between The Hague’s city center and the beach. The iconic building once designed to host the KLM Headquarters, is moving into her next chapter, continuing the tradition of connecting people from around the globe. This national monument is being transformed into a beautiful place to live. As a resident you will experience high quality services, warm stylish interiors, comfort and convenience. The perfect combination for a hassle-free stay. De Plesman Residences are easily accessible by car and public transport, connecting you to the beach, city centre and the highway in less than 15 minutes.

The rental price is seasonal and depending on the type apartment and on the total rental period (the longer you rent, the more favorable the rental price!) and therefore subject to change.

The indicated rental price is for a duration between 4-6 months.

Good to know:
• Minimum stay 30 days, maximum stay 6 months
• Fully equipped open kitchen, including combi-oven/microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine
• Fast Wi-Fi and 50-inch smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom with a wide range of channels
• Indoor laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Cleaning fees and other other fees:
• Bi-weekly cleaning service and linen change (mandatory) € 87,50 per two weeks (if you have a pet it is €50,-- extra).
• Mandatory final cleaning 250 euro (Type A), 300 euro (Type B - G & I), 400 euro (Type H). If you have a pet 50 euro extra).
• Optional extra cleaning € 45,-- per hour
• Bicycle rental service
Bike rental 3 hours: 12 euro per bike
Bike rental 1 day: 16 euro per bike
Bike rental 1 week: 48 euro per bike
Bike rental 1 month: 96 euro per bike
• Parking on site possible at an additional cost of € 145,-- per month; charging points for electric cars available
• It is mandatory to register at the municipality. At exception to charge city tax at 6 euro p.p.p.d.
