By screening together and often literally looking at the offer, we eventually arrive at a small selection of properties. Our business brokers will clearly list all facts, advantages and disadvantages for these objects, so that you can make a well-considered decision. We then negotiate all the conditions for you, including the purchase or rental price.

Once you and the seller have reached an agreement, the purchase or rental contract can be drawn up. We check it carefully and go through everything with you. And although most of the work seems to be done after the agreement has been signed, as far as we are concerned the transaction is only complete once you have the keys in your hands. So even when the property is delivered, we are there to check with you that everything has been arranged as agreed.
